On our next visit to South Africa instead of buying presents for all the people at home, I will spoil myself instead and bring home only things from your studio so I can also be one of the proud and happy owners who have your work on display in their homes here in Europe. My dinner service to this day is still almost the main point of discussion around the dinner table during meals. Still unique and still as beautiful as the day we fetched it at Schiphol Airport. These are surely collectables and should certainly not be seen as cheap alternative for something else! I can imagine how striking even just one of these beauties all on its own on a piece of blank wall will be. Also, the lovely, soft colours used give these tiles something ethereal. Helé must be a birdwatcher and -lover to be able to create our little friends so lifelike. These creations once again, is proof of your enormous artistic qualities, Helé.
