Sim completed these mugs lately, and what an education it is, with each mug telling a soccer story. This will be a great gift to any soccer mad visitor to South Africa in 2010!
This “corner” kick will deliver a Goal!
And Oh, THE GAME PLAN!, the strategic thinking needed for a winning team.
And the WINNER is….?!
The 2010 Soccer World Cup is stimulating creative juices like never seen before!

That “konner kick” is really “kinky” but all these mugs are really stunning. My favourite is the last one - a real winner. I’m so glad to see that these two guys is still creating - one can almost feel the strategy of the game by looking at these mugs. It’s great that your studio and you all are still so involved in this project!!

Elza, you must hold thumbs for Sim, as we might just have a deal with a special client of ours. If it goes through he might just be able to buy his own brick and mortar home! He is so excited but you know what it is like to wait for such a commission to be confirmed!
We sold 20 of his mugs at R295 each over the season and even these few made an impact on their lives.
He painted 6 of the above and it took close to 7 days to complete!
We shall teach him a few more techniques and help with the first 3D panels, that I believe will be STUNNERS!

This is really heartwarming news, Gerrit! I’m sure you and your fellow artists at the studio will be repaid for all you are doing to help these two guys along. Worth the effort because their work are so special. The two bottom images are surely stunners!
