Can you imagine living and sharing in this room? This is my dream!
When traveling in a country, like Spain, with a culture rich in the embellishment of their homes and their use of decorative arts and craft, it is easy to overlook or not to recognize this type of embellishment.
The roof is definitely an area with great decorating potential, even in a modern society like ours today.

I’m sure almost all of us share your dream - but ONLY you and your two fellow artists at the studio can make yours come true! You certainly have everything it needs to create a panel like this and in S A with its many Spanish style homes this can only become a hit. Imagine how warm en welcoming an entrance hall for instance, will be with a ceiling like this - I for one would immediately feel at home. In combination with those lovely tiles on the floor and lots of wood, yes, will one ever feel the need to leave a home like that? My imagination is running away with me and I almost feel sorry that we sold our spanish style home in S A so many years ago.

Yes, I still remember that dream house of yours, and the tiles, those deep red tones in the one bathroom closest to the kitchen, must have triggered this passion of ours to create tiles!
