Mr Sykes forwarded this atmospheric image showcasing the house name we designed and produced for him in the most splendid way!
For those who wish to know the meaning of Cachagua, all I can say is that it is a beach town near Santiago Chile where the client worked for a while.

The house name and number plaques do look splendid in this magnificent setting. Did you know when you were making them that the green background of the plaques would be a perfect colour match for the surrounding foliage?!!

Yes, Sean the colour was part of the brief. Fernkloof is a nature reserve near us and as such we do have a sense of what green will work well for signs in this area.
The location adds to the drama and the man made elements contrast well with the big natural expanse out there!

Oh, how well you chose your colours, again! A perfect match to the lovely warm greens and browns of the bush and mountain and also blending perfectly with the rough stone wall. Even the letters and cyphers you used on the panels were well chosen. No nonsense and in perfect harmony with the surroundings. You have taken us back to Fernkloof and the rest of the magnificent surroundings which nature has blessed Hermanus with!

Fernkloof Nature Reserve is my choice destination as well … and in fact will be mountain biking there tomorrow!
Thank you for all the compliments. I am fortunate to have some of the best designers working here, and it will be difficult to replace Gillian, because she is so critical, even the most insignificant design element will be attended to!
